Went inside planning to ask a quote to fix my car fob, thinking that I needed a new battery. The kind representative with an awesome red beard opened it and checked the battery, said that the battery was fine. Then he opened the mechanism to find that there was a built up of grease and dirt under all the contract points on the buttons. He cleaned it up, and now my fob works just fine. I asked how much it would be and he told me it was on the house. I'm coming back here for all of my future key needs.

I needed a key cut and after going to several places that advertised key cutting and being disappointed because they didn't have the key blank needed, I went to Bilco. A nice man cut a key for me in 2 minutes and it was not expensive. I should have gone there first instead of driving all over Utah Valley.
